To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of service completion with proof of service.
Refunds will be processed after verification of the complaint.
If a replacement part installed by our technicians is found defective, we will replace it free of charge within the warranty period.
Refunds for parts will be considered only if the part was supplied directly by Pune Appliances and not by the customer.
Customers may cancel a scheduled service by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a nominal fee, depending on technician allocation and parts purchased.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
