At Pune Appliances, we are committed to providing high-quality appliance repair services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Service Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon repair or if the service was not delivered as promised.

  • To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of service completion with proof of service.

  • Refunds will be processed after verification of the complaint.

2. Parts Replacement

  • If a replacement part installed by our technicians is found defective, we will replace it free of charge within the warranty period.

  • Refunds for parts will be considered only if the part was supplied directly by Pune Appliances and not by the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel a scheduled service by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a nominal fee, depending on technician allocation and parts purchased.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer support via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Provide service details, invoice number, and reason for refund.

  • Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from appliance downtime.

  • This policy applies only to services and parts provided by Pune Appliances.
